Here\u2019s how to make it like she does, because who doesn\u2019t want to eat breakfast like a model?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eggs and Avocado Toast\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thevoux.wpthemestudios.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/ingr-e1430404240725.jpg\" rel=\"mfp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-320 size-full lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/article.thomascaregroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/ingr-e1430404290619.jpg\" alt=\"ingr\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a>2 organic free-range eggs<\/p>\n<p>2 slices of\u00a0<strong>Free Bread<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 quarter of an avocado<\/p>\n<p>1 slice of lemon<\/p>\n<p>A pinch of salt, pepper, and red chili flakes<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"#\">Kelapo Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Non-Stick Cooking Spray<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fresh Parsley<\/p>\n<p>Toast the bread. While it\u2019s toasting, fry two eggs using coconut oil spray on medium\/low heat. Cover with lid.<\/p>\n<p>While toast is finishing, cut a slice of lemon and a quarter of avocado and place on plate.<\/p>\n<p>Using a fork, mash the avocado onto the toast and squeeze the lemon wedge on top. Alongside (or on top) place the eggs.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle eggs and toast with chili flakes, salt, and pepper to your liking.
